Karadiya Villa is located in Ambalangoda, 10 mins from Hikkaduwa where there is excellent surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving. In addition, there are turtle sanctuaries, temples, elephant riding and horse-riding in the local area. The beach directly in front of the villa is very safe for swimming and kids regularly swim directly in front of the villa. The villa is very private as it is elevated over the beach and anyone on the beach can’t look up at the swimming pool or common areas around.

This villa consists of four double bedrooms, all air-conditioned with en-suite facilities. It is a well appointed villa and comes with a pool-table, very comfortable bar and lounge area, a dining area for 12, swimming pool, wide screen TV and DVD player, an I-pod dock and outdoor beach entertainment area. This villa is really suitable for groups of multi-generational families and families with children, or simply just a group of adults. There is a fifth bedroom with 2 double beds and this comes with a fan but without AC and can sleep an additional 4 adults. This villa can easily accommodate a group of 12 adults.

We have put our best houseboy to be over-all in charge of the service at this villa with him in place, I am certain that the service levels will be very high and consistent. Assisting him are 2 additional houseboys. Also in place is an excellent chef who has for the past 18 years worked in the middle east, whose last position was the head chef to the British Ambassador at the British Embassy in Abu Dhabi. He has also previously worked in five-star hotels and restaurants. All food and beverage at this villa will be on the guests’ account at cost price, with no costly restaurant mark-ups and the chef will make all purchasing and present you with the accounts and bills.
